Order Deadlines

All Framefox pieces are custom made to order in our Auckland or Hawke's Bay workshops, so we factor in production time as well as standard courier timeframes when setting these deadlines.

The dates below are absolute last-order deadlines, not recommended order dates. They are based on the latest delivery timeframes advised by our courier partners for parcels to arrive on or before Christmas Eve (24 December).

These deadlines leave no room for unexpected courier delays, which are more common during the busy Christmas period. We strongly recommend placing your order as early as possible, well before the dates listed below. The earlier you order, the better.

Please note that delivery by Christmas cannot be guaranteed.

North Island (excluding rural)
Order by Monday 14 December for dispatch on/or before Tuesday 23 December.

South Island (excluding rural)
Order by Friday 11 December for dispatch on/or before Tuesday 22 December.

Rural addresses
Order by Wednesday 9 December for dispatch on/or before Friday 18 December.

*For delivery to remote areas and/or for extra large frames, please allow extra time beyond the estimates above. Get in touch and we can advise on specific shipping timeframes.

These dates are subject to change. The information displayed here reflects the current recommendations.

If you just can't decide, or you’re in need of a last minute gift our Digital Gift Cards are delivered by email and can be sent immediately or on any date you choose (in the future of course! 😅).
