Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an estimated dispatch date. This estimate is also shown during the ordering process, so you can see it before you place your order, and it reflects the time needed to custom make your frame or print.

While your order is in production there won’t be live updates from the workshop, however, as soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
